Step 1.
Open the run dialog box and type the regedit.
Step 2.
Go to the root key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies\ System
create a new DWORD file "DisableTaskmgr" and double click the DWORD file and give value "1" and press enter.
Step 3.
restart your computer now.
